1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Darcron:

  • GitHub profile information (username, email, avatar)
  • Repository metadata (names, descriptions, languages)
  • Issue and pull request data you create through the Service
  • Usage analytics (pages visited, features used)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve the factory automation service
  • Authenticate your identity via GitHub OAuth
  • Scope factory operations to your repositories
  • Generate implementation plans and code
  • Send service notifications and updates

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your GitHub credentials, authentication is handled via OAuth tokens. Factory state is stored in GitHub issues and labels, not in a separate database.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Code generation uses OpenRouter API for LLM calls, only specification content is transmitted, never credentials.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Since factory state lives in your GitHub repository, deleting the repository removes all associated factory data.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for session authentication. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
