By accessing and using Darcron ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Darcron is an AI-powered factory platform that automates software development workflows. Users can submit product requirements, and the factory plans, implements, validates, and ships code through an autonomous pipeline.

3. User Accounts

Users must authenticate via GitHub OAuth to access the dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Submit malicious code or specifications
• Interfere with the factory's automated processes
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property

Code generated through the factory belongs to the user who submitted the specification. Darcron retains ownership of the platform, its algorithms, and generated governance documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Darcron is not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code or service interruptions.
